Community Memorial - Feb 7
We will be having the Community Memorial on Saturday, February 7 at 10am. The memorial will be held outside (rain or shine - if it rains we’ll be under the pavillion) at Oak Canyon Community Park, by the pavillion (5600 Hollytree Drive, Oak Park, CA 91377).
DIRECTIONS: From the 101 Fwy, exit Kanan Rd, go north about 2 miles. You will see Oak Park High School on the left, next street is Hollytree. Beware, it is Oak Hills Dr going left, it is Hollytree going right. Go right on Hollytree Dr. The first left is the park entrance. After you enter, go past the first parking lot, take the next left. It is a small parking lot, if it is full, proceed to the next parking lot. We will be under the two pavilions. Bring umbrellas.
We will have some music and a fantastic speaker to celebrate the life of our incredible Cody. We will give people the opportunity to say a few words, share a story, recite a poem, play a song, sing a song, or just bring a smile and hug. Everyone is invited, spread the word and we look forward to seeing you.
*** Casual dress (Cody style). If you want, bring a chair or blanket for sitting in the grass. If it rains, there are seats under the pavillions.
